Welcome
Situated on scenic Route 110 in Tunbridge, Vermont overlooking the Tunbridge fairgrounds, the Village Store is more than a general store. It is an experience. One senses a friendly warmth and genuine sense of community when walking through the door.
Jean-Pierre and Judi Debeuf, who moved to Tunbridge in 2005, are the owners of the Village Store. Judi is from Boston, Massachusetts, and her husband, J.P. emigrated to the United States from Nice, France. J.P. and Judi previously owned a restaurant in New Hampshire but have always wanted to have a store.
J.P. trained at the top catering school in France, graduating at the head of his class, and has also worked in the kitchens of Carpaccio in Hanover, New Hampshire and the Four Seasons in Boston. Judi also has years of restaurant experience.
The Village Store is open Monday - Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
